Purchased on the Gordon N. Ray Fund, 1989.

Written on rectos only, several leaves pieced together from partial sheets (by Morris).

Signed at bottom of last page with the note "Please send proofs to Kelmscott."

The Morgan Library also holds an earlier draft of this work (MA 5073).
